Welcome to my blog. I am Jeremy Lehman, a Realtor in Southern California. I have been involved in the real estate industry since 1997 in many different capacities including Title Insurance Sales, Technology Trainer, Sales Trainer, and Real Estate Coach. I grew up in Orange County, and have also worked extensively in Los Angeles County over the last decade. I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the best agents in Southern California, and still coach, train, and network with many of these agents. My real estate business is based in Fountain Valley, CA, and I service most of the surrounding areas including South Orange County, Central Orange County, North Orange County, and Most of Los Angeles County.

I will be updating this blog regularly with real estate news, events, statistics, and professional opinions. I have invited some other industry experts to provide content for this blog as well, on issues pertaining to real estate, the lending industry, and the title insurance industry.
